  • Monday to Friday; office hours
  • Walkable distance from Tanjong Pager MRT station
  • 3-months Contract (Renewable); Up to $2800 (Basic Salary)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist to coordinate meetings, including scheduling, room bookings, materials, minutes and follow-up actions.
  • Support project administration by managing procurement, schedules, records and timelines.
  • Provide support for events e.g. logistics, registration, materials, attendance and feedback analysis.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, consolidate responses and provide general administrative support.
  • Other duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Some administrative or coordination experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. PowerPoint, Words and Excel)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
