Job Description:
- Provide clear directions on lift usage, assist patients (especially elderly or those with mobility needs), and guide them to less congested area
- Maintain orderly queues, prevent overcrowding, monitor flow, and promptly escalate any safety concerns
- Address patient queries, explain changes, provide alternative routes, and ensure accurate, up-to-date information is shared.
- Conduct surveys, track patient flow, waiting times, and usage patterns, and document feedback or incidents.
- Maintain records, submit daily updates, coordinate with hospital staff, and escalate operational issues when necessary.
Requirement:
📆Must be able to commit for till end of January
