Recruitment & Candidate Management 💼:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and successful placement.
- Source qualified candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, networking, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and overall suitability for available positions.
- Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews and hiring processes between clients and applicants.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth, timely, and positive recruitment experience.
Requirements 📝:
- Minimum GCE 'A' Level/Diploma/Degree in any field
- No experience required – 1 to 1 mentorship & hands-on training will be provided
