Description

Ascentiq is recruiting committed and confident Field Interviewers for a large-scale nationwide survey project. The role involves contacting selected individuals, arranging appointments and conducting face-to-face interviews.

Key Responsibilities

Contact respondents via calls, messages and household visits to arrange interviews.
Conduct face-to-face interviews using a tablet-based survey system.
Follow up on assigned cases, including repeat household visits where required.
Maintain accurate records and ensure data confidentiality.
Work closely with supervisors and comply with survey procedures and quality checks.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English is mandatory. Other languages (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil or dialects) are an advantage.
Comfortable using tablets and working independently.
Patient, responsible and willing to travel islandwide.
Prior interviewing or customer-facing experience is advantageous but not required.
Must complete required training, assessments and clearance.

Work Commitment & Schedule

Commitment required until August 2027.
5-day work week, approximately 5–6 hours daily.
Must be available during evenings and weekends, when interviews are most productive.
Able to meet assigned fieldwork targets and timelines.

Note: This is a contract/freelance role requiring consistent commitment, not occasional or ad-hoc work.

Mandatory Training

Dates: 16–20 November 2026 (Tentative)
Time: 9 AM – 6 PM daily
Venue: To be confirmed
Attendance on all five days is compulsory.
