📍Location: Ubi
💰Pay: $2600/month
📅Duration: Immediate – 31st March 2027
⏰Working Hours: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend
- Shift 1: 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM
- Shift 2: 8:15 AM to 6:00 PM
☎️Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound phone calls and email enquiries
- Provide follow-up and accurately log call details into the system
🌷Requirements:
- Minimum qualification with O Level / Higher Nitec
- Customer Service or Call Center Experience
- Good Communication Skills
- Comfortable Handling Calls & Emails
- Tech-Savvy and Customer-Oriented
