💰 Salary: Up to $3,800/month + 0.5-month completion bonus
📍 Location: Near Raffles Place MRT
📆 Contract: 6 months, extendable
⏰ Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm
What You’ll Do
- Assess claims, primarily travel claims, and check policy coverage and supporting documents
- Process lower-value claims within your assigned approval limits
- Follow up on outstanding documents with policyholders and medical institutions
- Respond to claims enquiries and review pending cases
- Support accurate, timely claims payments and service improvements
✅ What You’ll Need
- Degree or Professional Insurance Certificate
- At least 1 year of relevant Accident & Health claims experience
- Meticulous, customer-focused and comfortable working under pressure
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative and responsible working attitude
