Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily library circulation duties, including borrowing and returning of books, and maintain accurate loan records using the library management system
- Assist with entering and updating new book details
- Collect payments for library membership fees, late penalties and other applicable charges, and issue receipts where required
- Manage course enrolment administration, including processing registrations, collecting course fees and issuing receipts
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the library, including organising and arranging books neatly on shelves
- Any other duties as assigned by superior
Requirements
- Wednesday to Sunday: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (off Monday & Tuesday)
- 5 days per week
- Must be available to work on weekends
- Basic computer knowledge is required
