📌 Job Title: Customer Service Officer
💰 Salary: Basic salary up to $3,200
🕘 Working Hours: Mon to Fri ; 9am to 6pm
📍 Location: Changi Cargo
📝 Job Description:
- Handle all bookings for both air and sea transportation.
- Liaise with air and sea carriers.
- Communicate with customers.
- Manage all sea documentation work, such as bookings and bills of lading (BL).
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level
- Possess some knowledge in Air/Sea logistics will be an advantage
- Able to use and handle Microsoft Office and all emails
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Must have the passion in learning
