- Lead daily back-of-house kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow, food quality, and operational excellence.
- Drive kitchen performance by maintaining high culinary standards, cost efficiency, and food safety compliance.
- Partner with purchasing and food manufacturing teams to optimize ingredient sourcing and reduce COGS.
- Support menu innovation, recipe development, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Build and develop a high-performing kitchen team through coaching, training, and effective leadership.
Requirements
- Supervise kitchen operations, food preparation, inventory management, and overall kitchen productivity.
- Train, mentor, schedule, and evaluate kitchen staff to ensure strong performance and teamwork.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, portion control, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Coordinate purchasing, stock control, and supplier management while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
