Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time Admin Executive to support our daily office operations and contribute to our social media marketing efforts. You will work in a collaborative, multicultural environment where contributions are valued on merit and flexibility is respected.

Job Description

  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, scheduling, correspondence and document management.
  • Assist with social media marketing by drafting posts, scheduling content and monitoring engagement across company platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and help prepare simple reports on administrative and social media activities.

Job Requirements

  • Previous administrative or clerical experience is an advantage; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
  • Good written and spoken English, with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and collaborate well with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
