Position: Temporary Administrative Assistant
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Work Location: Far East Shopping Centre
Salary: $13-$14 per hour
Job Purpose
We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Assist with printing, scanning, photocopying, and filing of documents.
- Assist with simple data entry.
- Handle basic office coordination and ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N/O Level or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Organized, responsible, and attentive to details.
- Prior administrative experience is an advantage but not required
