Shipping & Admin Assistant
$2,500 – $2,800
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Little India
Benefits: AWS, Bonus, Annual Leave (10–14 days)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
  • Handle Letter of Credit (L/C) shipments and ensure documentation meets requirements.
  • Arrange local and international shipments with freight forwarders and transport providers.
  • Track shipments and follow up on delivery issues.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate shipping records.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and logistics teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
  • Experience in shipping, logistics, or administration is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with L/C shipments is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
