Working hours
Mon - Sun, excluding Wed & PH
Weekday is 1130am to 9pm, Weekend 9am to 530pm.
Rostered 44 hours work week but will definitely not have work on Wed + 1 more day. Total 2 off days a week.
- Assist donors with registration, verify their identity and update their details.
- Check donation history, deferral status and eligibility to donate.
- Measure weight and perform haemoglobin tests.
- Ensure required consent or clearance documents are complete.
- Complete supervised training before working independently.
- Packing & Dispatch Sort and pack collected blood units according to procedures.
- Maintain the required temperature during packing and handover.
- Arrange timely handover to the logistics provider.
- Daily Operations Coordinate with partners, cleaners and logistics providers.
- Monitor supplies and equipment, and request replenishment when needed.
- Report incidents and feedback within 24 hours.
Requirements:
- Min higher nitec/ polytechnic diploma and above
- No experience needed as training is provided
