Monday to Sunday excluding Wed & PH
Weekday : 1130am to 9pm
Weekend : 9am to 530pm
Rostered 44 hours work week
• Verify patient documents, personal details and medical history, maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate specialist consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients
• Assist with daily clinic operations and administrative duties
• Assist with taking patients’ height, weight and blood pressure
