Job Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients to resolve any inquiries related to financial transactions.
  • Assist the finance team in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication and organization skill.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel).
  • Demonstrates sense of initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team player.
