Driver & Fleet Management
- Manage driver leave and roster scheduling
- Plan and oversee daily delivery operations and dispatch schedules
- Monitor driver locations and routes via GPS tracking system
- Maintain close, regular communication with drivers to support daily operations
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Manage vehicle fleet: maintenance scheduling, servicing, and repairs
- Track road tax, insurance, and vehicle inspection renewals
- Monitor fuel usage and vehicle mileage
- Handle incident/accident reporting and follow-up
- Ensure drivers comply with company safety and conduct policies
Sales
- Support order follow-up and coordination between customers and delivery schedules
- Liaise with clients on delivery-related requests and issues
- Assist the sales team with basic account coordination as needed
