🍽️ We Are Hiring – Kitchen Assistant 🍽️
We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our growing F&B team at Thai Mookata, serving Thai cuisine, Bento, and Hotpot in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and basic cooking
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, and dishes
- Monitor food quality, freshness and presentation
- Manage stock, food storage and FIFO
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards
- Assist with kitchen team with daily kitchen operations
- Wash and organize kitchen equipment and utensils
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations during peak hours
- Assist with taking orders when required
Job Requirements:
- Previous kitchen/F&B experience is an advantage
- Hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Training will be provided
- Singaporeans / PR / Malaysians are most welcome
