Retail Sales Associates | Island-Wide Locations | Up to $2,600 + AWS
💰 Salary: $2,300 – $2,600/month
📍 Location: Island-Wide
📅 Working Arrangement: 5-Day Work Week | 44 Hours/Week
🔄 Rotating Shifts | Weekends & Public Holidays Required
✨ What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver a friendly and positive shopping experience to customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
- Explain product features, benefits, and promotions clearly
- Handle sales transactions and payments accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised, and attractive store environment
- Replenish stocks and assist with inventory-related activities
- Support the team in achieving sales and customer service goals
- Attend to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
💼 What We’re Looking For
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work rotating retail shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
- Retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Training will be provided for suitable candidates
⏰ Working Hours
Rotating Shift Schedule:
🌅 Opening: 10:45 AM – 8:45 PM
🕚 Full Shift: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM (2-hour break)
🌙 Closing: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM
📌 5-day work week | 44 hours per week
📌 Work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be required according to the roster.
