Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide product information and recommend suitable product based on customers’ preferences and needs.
- Handle sales transactions, payments and receipts accurately.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and build good relationships with clients.
- Support daily boutique operations, including stock replenishment, inventory checks and product displays.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintain an attractive store environment.
- Handle customer enquiries, after-sales service and basic product-related requests.

Perform other retail and operational duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience
- Pleasant, confident and well-groomed with a customer-oriented personality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
