Job Summary

Salary: Basic up $2,600 +$240 shift allowance + AWS +Variable Bonus
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Working Days: 6 days per week (rotating shifts)
Location: Changi Airport
Benefits: Annual Increment, Training Provided

Job scopes:

Provide friendly, professional service at check-in, boarding, and arrival
Assist with check-in, seats, boarding passes, baggage, and flight info
Guide passengers on gates and airport facilities
Support passengers needing special assistance (elderly, children, VIPs)
Verify travel documents and follow airline/immigration rules
Coordinate with airline and airport teams for smooth operations
Handle lost baggage and passenger feedback politely
Follow safety, security, and data protection (PDPA) guidelines

Requirements:

Able to commit to rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Prior experience in airport or customer-facing roles is an advantage
