岗位 现烤副厨 POSITION Baking Section Lead 月薪 $3800-$5000 MONTHLY SALARY 门户职业 BAKER OCCUPATION 职位简介 负责醒发、烤炉、出炉节奏和面包品质。 ROLE SUMMARY Lead proofing, oven work, bake timing and bread quality. 主要职责 • 安排醒发、烘烤和出炉计划 / Plan proofing, baking and product-release timing KEY RESPONSIBILITY • 设置炉温、时间和蒸汽 / Set oven temperature, time and steam • 检查颜色、成熟度、重量和一致性 / Check colour, doneness, weight and consistency • 培训烤炉员工并管理设备安全 / Train oven staff and manage equipment safety 工作经验 至少3年面包烘烤及商用烤炉经验。 WORK EXPERIENCE At least 3 years in bread baking and commercial-oven operation. 最低经验 3 MIN RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE 学历 技工教育证书 EDUCATION Nitec / 专业 烘焙与西点 FIELD OF STUDY Baking and Pastry Arts 语言沟通 中文或英文至少一门可用于工作沟通；中英双语者优先。 SPEAKING LANGUAGE Mandarin or English required for work communication; bilingual candidates preferred. 其他要求 能带领团队，配合早班和高峰出炉。 OTHER R
