✨ What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate screening and on-site interviews to job offers and onboarding.
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs and recruitment events to attract suitable candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies.
- Research and implement effective recruitment and employee retention strategies.
✅ What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, either in-house or with a recruitment agency.
