Job Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily call centre operations and supporting a team of customer service staff.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and online customer enquiries professionally.
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations and rescheduling accurately.
- Attend to customer enquiries regarding treatments, services and ongoing promotions.
- Follow up on customer feedback, concerns and complaints to ensure timely resolution.
- Support appointment conversions and customer engagement to achieve business targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and perform general administrative duties.
- Guide and coach team members to maintain service standards and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with outlet teams to ensure smooth appointment arrangements.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, call centre operations or related roles.
- Previous team-leading or supervisory experience will be an advantage.
- Experience in beauty, wellness, aesthetics, healthcare or service-related industries is advantageous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented, responsible and able to multitask.
- Proficient in computer applications and appointment booking systems.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work weekends according to the assigned roster.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday: Within 10am – 8pm
- Sunday: Within 10am – 7pm
Salary & Benefits
- Gross monthly salary: $2,800 – $3,500, depending on relevant experience.
- Monthly allowances and performance-based incentives, subject to company policy.
- 5-day workweek on a rotating roster.
